By using the Wisconsin Open Enrollment Reporting and Management System (WOERMS), your school will have access to comprehensive reporting, file extraction, and important communication tools.
Controlled
Each school can independently accept or reject any student changes electronically. WOERMS also allows for different levels of access, including Directors, Coordinators, Viewers, or DPI. Additionally, the program takes the user step-by-step through the process to ensure there are no missed phases in the open enrollment procedure.
Organized
WOERMS includes a comprehensive student database which displays the open enrollment status of the student, history of the student, and features a side-by-side view of any changes in the student's information. Along with the student database, important forms such as DPI Open Enrollment Application, Nonresident Approval or Denial, DPI Tuition Waiver Application and more, are easily accessible.
